I was looking for great books on how to gain weight because I only weighed 130 lbs and I felt really skinny. This book is honestly amazing. After 2 weeks I saw muscle improvement and after one month I’m now at 145 lbs. The reason I didn’t gain faster was because I was doing 30 minutes of cardio with each workout, which I soon realized was stupid because I’m trying to gain weight!! The book says nothing about cardio except that if you’re gaining too much fat you can combat it with cardio, so for the first week or so I was doing the wrong thing. Now I’m not doing any cardio, just eating and working out and I’ve noticed a huge difference. I don’t think I’ll be updating this after 60 or 90 days because I’m not entirely sure how, but I’m going to complete the workouts in this book and go from there. Everything is broken down and easy to understand, don’t hesitate to spend the 4 bucks!
