Easy recipes with beautiful pictures of each dish. I appreciated the easy low fat recipes. First time I seen roasted vegetables without oil. Will try this soon. Their baked bananas seem delicious…and so simple also.Would have definitely given it a five star except that some ingredients appeared to be missing in a few recipes. Overnight oatmeal requires to soak in milk or other liquid.Jacqueline

This would be a great book for someone who is not an experienced cook, to help them learn to make along the way and gives those who have cooked awhile reminder tips for recipes they may have forgotten or suggestions for “easy” meals.
