Easy and Delicious I’ve been incorporating more raw foods into my meals and am loving the experience. So when I heard about Nathalie’s kindle book I wanted to get it right away. At first I was bummed thinking I wouldn’t be able to access it being a kindle book but, turns out, you can download a kindle reader right to your laptop (mac or pc). I’ve gone over the recipes featured in this book and one thing really caught my attention, they’re all ingredients available at your nearest grocery store or health food store, meaning, I don’t have to go out of my way to search for ingredients.I’ve made the Mini Carob Cake and the Chiapioca Pudding. The brownie was irresistible, really! I managed to make it last a few days but I ate it all by my lonesome :)

Love Love Love Dessert I was so happy to find this book! I’ve been trying to lose weight and looking for ways to satisfy my need for desserts. I now have recipes that will allow me to do both with all raw ingredients. The “Apple Cobbler with Cashew Cream” is my favorite so far. Really yummy!!
